My furnace died some point the evening of March 31. Within a few hours the house had dropped to 16 celsius.
Called Keith @6am the next morning and he came by within the hour. He showed me the (huge) cracks in the plenum and demonstrated how the furnace was unsafe. We discussed the problems with the old furnace selection/installation and Keith reviewed options to correct the issues. It was obvious he was very knowledgeable. By the next morning the new furnace was installed and the defects from the original installation had been corrected.
Keith & his crew were very professional & friendly. They did a first-class installation. The price I paid impressed several friends who had replaced their furnaces within the past year. The furnace Keith recommended works more efficiently and effectively than the old one ever did and we now no longer have any cold areas in the house.
I would heartily recommend ProLogic to anybody and will call them when my A/C finally calls it quit (hopefully not quite yet...).

When you call for HVAC work, you can go with a big company that has locations all across the country, talk to receptionists and accounts people, maybe a salesman disguised as a technician comes to your home and inspects for a quote, but they can't start work the same day.

Keith of ProLogic is the owner, he's the technician, he's the receptionist and the accounts person. Keith personally took my call at 7pm Monday and was at my door 9am Tuesday to install a new tankless hot water solution, replacing our 20 year old hot water tank when it suddenly depressurized. There were complications that came up which Keith also worked around with ease and provided me the advice I needed to make the right decisions.

Without a doubt the guy to call when you're in a pinch. A+
