road was not accessible for anyone to

My furnace died some point the evening of March 31. Within a few hours the house had dropped to 16 celsius.
Called Keith @6am the next morning and he came by within the hour. He showed me the (huge) cracks in the plenum and demonstrated how the furnace was unsafe. We discussed the problems with the old furnace selection/installation and Keith reviewed options to correct the issues. It was obvious he was very knowledgeable. By the next morning the new furnace was installed and the defects from the original installation had been corrected.
Keith & his crew were very professional & friendly. They did a first-class installation. The price I paid impressed several friends who had replaced their furnaces within the past year. The furnace Keith recommended works more efficiently and effectively than the old one ever did and we now no longer have any cold areas in the house.
I would heartily recommend ProLogic to anybody and will call them when my A/C finally calls it quit (hopefully not quite yet…).

Keith was professional and reliable and also very personable. His employee was on time and cleaned up after his work was completed. Keith kept in contact with me to ensure the pool heater was functioning and helped me to problem solve a separate issue that was resolved easily. You can find cheaper companies to do this work but you’d have to rely on a few people to complete the task. We were content dealing with one individual who could install the pool heater properly. It’s working great!!!

Found Keith on Facebook Marketplace and reached out for a repair of our inground pool heater which had all of a sudden stopped working this morning. Keith instantly responded on messenger (despite it being a weekend) and as I was out of his close service area, we were able to review and fix the issue over FaceTime.
